Juniors/teens Cancellation form

Please note that the notice for cancellations is 1 calender month, as per our terms and conditions. This means that on the month in which you cancel your term, the next months payment will be due in full and then the membership will terminate at the end. 

During this period, your child can continue to attend sessions.
