Lead by our British Weightlifting qualified coaches, these session focus on the key requirements to develop skills & strength in the Olympic lifts.
The focus of these sessions is on rings, bars and calisthenics. These sessions will help to develop the skills and strength to execute gymnastic movements more efficiently.
Learning the basics, step by step. This session is designed to teach you the fundamental movements to get the most out of your CrossFit sessions. This has been a mandatory session for us, for all new members to attend since 2023.
You can't expect to run a race car on cheap fuel right? We work with all of our members on a level that serves them. All new members will receive access to our Nutrition course and basic nutrition coaching package. We also have a 121 Nutrition programme, where you can work with our nutritionist step by step to guide you to your goals.
