Lead by our British Weightlifting qualified coaches, these session focus on the key requirements to develop skills & strength in the Olympic lifts.
The focus of these sessions is on rings, bars and calisthenics. These sessions will help to develop the skills and strength to execute gymnastic movements more efficiently.
Learning the basics, step by step. These 2 x 90 minute sessions are designed to teach you the fundamental movements to get the most out of your CrossFit sessions.
You can't expect to run a race car on cheap fuel right? We work with all of our members on a level that serves them. We offer nutrition education as standard in ALL of our memberships.
