Our kids programme is designed for ages 5-7 with the goal of having FUN as the priority. We use workouts and games that are specifically designed to develop sounds mechanics and physical literacy. The focus on each session is on how well your child moves, not how fast.
The juniors programme is made for ages 8-12 and the goal is to start to incorporate more BRAND X and CrossFit concepts, whilst still having fun. This is usually an age where children begin to explore more sports, so we aim to arm them with a good strength and conditioning base for that. The concepts of weightlifting and gymnastics start t
The juniors programme is made for ages 8-12 and the goal is to start to incorporate more BRAND X and CrossFit concepts, whilst still having fun. This is usually an age where children begin to explore more sports, so we aim to arm them with a good strength and conditioning base for that. The concepts of weightlifting and gymnastics start to become more advanced than the younger age group, but still scales to each child's level. The workouts will have some pacing strategies added to them too, which will make it the best hour of their day!
CrossFit teens is designed for developing both athletes and non-athletes ranging from 13-18 years. Now we start to combine age appropriate gymnastics, weightlifting, and high-intensity training to all kids to develop into well rounded and capable adults.
