About Us

Trainers Who Care

We are a CrossFit Gym located in Grays, Essex.


We are much more than "just a place to train." 


Our coaches are passionate in helping our members to progress in anything they need help with. 


Whether that is mastering their first muscle up, organising their nutrition habits, setting new goals, or just training in an atmosphere that motivates and encourages you.

We offer everything from group sessions to personal training with our standard nutrition support for all members. 


Be prepared to laugh, challenge yourself, learn new things and when all the craziness is done - high five your peers and celebrate a job well done!

#1  - You're Only Finished, When We're All Finished


Teamwork and comradery. We welcome people who want to explore their own capabilities, whilst challenging and working with the people around them. We high five, we cheer each others wins and console each others losses. We're in it together.
 

#2 - Leave Your Ego Outside


Test your capabilities, but know your limits. Our mission to help you achieve progress comes from taking you just over your current ability. Not going in over your head. 

#3 - Everyone Is An Athlete


If this is your first ever

CrossFit session, or your 1,342nd. We believe you deserve an epic experience based on your abilities. So we are diligent in making sure you achieve the intended stimulus for every single WOD when you attend. We expect the same attitude from member to member too. 

#4 - Let Coaches Coach


We love our experienced members helping newcomers through WOD's. In fact, it's a huge part of our ethos. But when there are points that are being explained by the lead coach during a session, please plug in a pay attention. It's to benefit the whole room. 

#5 - Fail Forwards


Failing things is a necessary part of progress. We want you to feel comfortable in challenging yourself, whilst knowing that if things go wrong, it's ok to dust yourself off and be ready to go again next time. 

#6 - Always Be Coachable


No matter how long you've trained big lifts or experienced WODs, there are often hidden gems to be discovered from coaches or other members. We strongly encourage our members to remain coachable at all times.
